End Of The Year Assessment and Exercises

 In Health, Lifestyle, spiritual

Another year has come and gone! Whew! What a ride! 2017 was hands-down one of the most productive years for me ever. While not always easy, I hit my goals of publishing the Personal Power Guidebook, launching our meditation series, branching into television interviews, and keeping my private practice strong. In addition to business, I traveled, danced, and played a lot too ~ I love letting loose and having fun!!

I will be concluding 2017 on a cruise ship in the Caribbean with my children and grandparents. We couldn’t be more excited! This will be the kid’s first big trip out of the country and we are all very much looking forward to zip lining, swimming with dolphins, and generally running amok.

Thank you all for being a part of my life. It has been a long haul to get to where I am today, and I could not have done it without your support. I truly believe that we are stronger and better as a community. Wherever you are on your journey, I am grateful that we are walking together.

Below is the end of the year exercise I use to check in and keep myself accountable. I continue to create a life of my own design through exercises such as these. Please take a moment to reflect on your year and write out your answers.

2018 is a blank slate! What would you like to create?

Happy New Year friends! I love you!
