Personal Energy Management Regime

 In Uncategorized

I’m ecstatic to share that my practice has continued to expand, and I work with a wide range of people from all walks of life. Lately, I have seen many complex medical cases involving people with Cancer, Lyme, Parkinsons, MS, and Fibromyalgia. I also see many recovering heroin, meth, and ketamine addicts, chronic alcoholics, and every spectrum shade of energetically sensitive individual. I LOVE the clinical challenge and diversity of working with dis-ease in all different formats, and am learning so much along the way!! That said, I’ve been pushing myself hard and self-care has once again been forefront for me. I’m often asked what I do to keep myself energetically clear/balanced through it all ~ so I thought I’d share a bit of my regiment.

Note: Theses are energetic tips and tools that work for me after decades of trial and error and are general guidelines – not gospel. As always – take what works for you, and discard what doesn’t.

~Wake up between 5:00-6:00 am
~Take 2-3 deep breaths before I get out of bed
~Tongue scrape then drink 12 oz spring water
~EXERCISE! Movement is crucial for me to stay grounded, so I exercise 6 days a week for at least one hour. I like running, dancing, lifting weights, doing plyometrics and yoga, and swimming.
~Hot/Cold Rinse – Soak in hot bath or shower then end with FREEZING COLD 2-3 minute rinse. This can be a bit jarring but feels amazing afterward!
~Dry brush skin then apply coconut oil
~Vitamins/Herbs – I take a plant based multivitamin, B12, Propolis, Magnesium, Ester-C, and the Ayurvedic Herbs: Ashwagandha, Tumeric, Hawethorne, Licorice, Comfrey and Boswelia
~Drink one gallon of fresh spring water over the course of the day
~Check my grid and clear my energy before, during, and after every client session (up to six/day)
~Sit in silence as much as possible
~Be outside as much as possible
~Grid scan and repair while listening to Solfleggio frequencies for 30-60 minutes before bed
~Sleep 9-10 hours on average every night

~One 60-90 minute float session
~Stretch and self-massage on my vibro plate 3-4x/week
~Several one hour blocks of time spent lying still in silence

~Colon hydrotherapy (A MUST for empaths)
~Chiropractic adjustment
~4-6 hours (Or one whole day, depending on the intensity of the month) spent lying still in silence
~Receiving body/shamanic work from other providers

I also limit sugar, and processed foods, and alcohol as much as possible. Keeping myself grounded and clear takes A LOT of work. Being a single parent who owns her own business can be incredibly taxing, and often just don’t want to do it all. But if I don’t take these daily steps, I wind up feeling sluggish, spacey, and crappy. Being energetically sensitive is a double-edge sword that comes with a lot of personal responsibility. I’ve learned that it’s ultimately easier to do consistent maintenance than trying to play catch up!

While that all might sound like a lot of work, there is also the other side of the spectrum: FUN!! Fun is one of my all time top self-care recommendations!!! Random conversations, impromptu meet ups, checking off the bucket list, dancing or singing spontaneously, traveling to new places… To me, every day is an adventure. There is a giant world out there just waiting to be explored! Having fun as much as possible is like the glue that holds the whole thing together. If we don’t allow ourselves to enjoy life, then what’s the point of trying so hard to sustain it?
There you have it! I hope that this post gave you some insight to help you thrive in your own life and body! Would love to hear about any tools and techniques you all have too! Much love!!!
